Geophysics Trial Fieldwork Report:

It Looks like the ground penetrating radar trial worked pretty well. It’ll be at least a week or two before the fully processed data and the consultant’s full interpretation report is provided to us, but at first glance some obvious geological structures showed up pretty well where some good drilling assays were recorded previously. 🙂

We did about 2.9km’s of walked lines in total over the last two days and much of it showed up nothing much of any interest. That’s also is a quite useful result because it identifies places where there is very little point drilling exploration holes or doing any other more intrusive (noticeable) types of work in those places in the foreseeable future.

We will most likely do some more of this type of work at a later date and if so we will let you all know well in advance beforehand.

I expect that we will have to (probably mechanically) clean up a fair bit of the dense gorse and blackberry infestations in a few areas that look interesting, before any future program is conducted. That will make possible some closer spaced lines that will enable the consultants to get a better 3D picture.

Thank you to all of those friendly people (walking their dogs etc.) who came across our guys while they were doing the work, and stopped to say hello and have a chat. 🙂

As always, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly if at anytime you have any questions or concerns. (Terry, on 0419 340 767).
