I’m very pleased to report that we are in the final stages of completing the sale and transfer of 80% of the ownership of Steadfast Mining Services Ptd Ltd, to an Australian company (listing on the ASX this Friday, November 28).
The company is Black Horse Mining Limited (ASX code: BHL).
I have resigned as Managing Director and the BHL team will be taking on the exciting task of gold exploration on our local tenements.
These people are highly experienced and committed to industry best practices, and supporting our local community.
